Here's a link to an apk file that you can load on an android phone (or tablet) and use PS4's remote play there.  Not sure why anyone would want to use a phone's tiny screen to console game on, but it's there.  http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/ps4-remote-play-android-thread-t3068225  Looks like the only hoop is it running Android 4.2 or higher.

The official app only works on a Sony Xperia phone or tablet.  Maybe it would work with one of those Gamesticks that Gamestop dumped a year or so ago and if you can pair a PS4 controller with it, might be useful for gaming in a hotel or something.

White pale ale with citrus burst and apollo hops, flavored with lemon peel. ? Eh. Seems okay, but too much beer aftertaste and not enough of a sweet, fruity taste.

I always stick to Curveball or Outburst.

Have you been to the brewery in Portland? If they serve food and it's the same menu as Seattle, I recommend the fish and chips. Wife says the Buffalo chicken sandwich is really good too.

And now I am thinking about football season as I relate eating there to our morning ritual before games.

It actually works better than a vita for mobile remote play. They make controller phone holders to where you can attach the phone to the ds4, most people have a 5 inch phone or bigger these days and thats the same size or bigger of the vita screen.

I have messed around some with it, but since the pc remote play landed aint tried it any more. It worked fairly well, only issue with ds4 over bluetooth was laggy, got a cable to connect directly to phone but need to try it, should work pretty well.

Not officially. yeah we could come in late or leave early and not take any time, but we cant actually take a half day of vacation time. Its all or nothing. So when you have shit to do or people coming over in the middle of the day you just work from home. Unless you want to take a full day off. Which sometimes you will do. But when I have two major conference calls I have to be on I dont feel like taking the day off when I cant skip those calls. fuck the company, thats not a day off to me. If its just one quick call or two I will take the day but not today. Two of them are long and ugh, boring.

So yea, reading that ps4 neo article, if its like detailed there, really dont have much of an issue with it. IF (and thats a BIG if) I can somehow manage to talk the wife into getting this 65 inch 4k vizio i got my eye on, could see upgrading to the new ps4, but really if games have feature parity then the upgrade aint a big deal to where you have to have it.

Thanks for the description. I deleted it off my XBox One this morning. Was a GWG game. If I was going to play a game like this I would want the real deal and not some knock off.

Yeah, it's not worth $8. I'd really recommend waiting on the complete version of Lords of the Fallen rather than getting the vanilla if you have any interest in the DLC. So annoying that DLC never goes on sale.

There's little point in waiting when the DLC is on a paper slip and not on-disc in the complete edition; I highly doubt new copies of that will drop in price anytime soon, or at least low enough to warrant passing on the vanilla version for ~$8.

True enough. The vanilla version has never gone below $18 on PSN and the complete edition has never been on sale at all. One of those publishers that rarely does sales, for some reason.

 
I like all the butthurt gamers on Facebook who are mad because they bought a PS4 day one and now "have" to buy the new one.  One, no one's forcing you to buy the 4.5.  If you don't have a 4K tv, it's not going to do much if anything.  

Two, your benefit of buying a PS4 day one is not that your console is going to be outdated but the fact that you got to play a shit ton of games already.  That's the way it is with anything when you decide to be an early adopter of a product.  

Three, it's likely there will be some trade in deal to do an upgrade, whether it's an official one by Sony or Gamestop does it themselves.  I mean, they're doing a get $200 towards the purchase of a PS4 or Xbone when you trade in a PS4 or Xbone currently.  It seems feasible they would do the same.

Damn, one more incident report in the division and I'm pretty sure it's glitched on me. Icon shows up on the map, but there's nothing there for me to pick up. Drafted a friend to help me with it tonight because I'm 90% sure he hasn't gotten to it yet, but damn, that's annoying. One more side mission after that and I'm done with the collectables. 

 
There is/was a glitched echo near the bottom of the map that will show up on there, even if you've already done it, but it also marks as collected in the Intel menu.

Yeah, I've gotten past that one. Only actual echo I have left is for the end game side mission. I know I haven't picked up the incident report though because when I first got to that area it was missing. It's the correct marker for the one I'm missing, and it's marked that I haven't collected it, it just doesn't appear where its supposed to be. So dumb.

 
Hmm, stay with crappy Time Warner because it's half the cost, serviceable and they have wifi I can connect to from my work that enables me to view things like CAG? Or jump ship to Google Fiber in a few months because it's crazy fast and not Time Warner?

Why pay double if what you have works for you? Only pay more if what you have is broken or what you can get is worth double the cost. Can Time Warner be that much slower that its worth it?

I bought a cheap Go phone from ATT instead of another fancy contract phone and while its slower it doesnt affect my surfing and porn watching. Its definitely worth it to be a little slower but not be on contract or worry about breaking this phone.

So happy I switched to google fi for cell service. Got a 6 dollar credit last month so bill after taxes was 38.53. Even cheaper than prior att prepaid I was on with same amount of data but way better service.

Learned something today. One of our kids was stabbed with a pencil by another student yesterday (well, scratched, really). It was enough to break the skin. Anyway, what I learned is that while regular pencils are of course graphite, mechanical pencils still use lead. Right now I'm not sure which type of pencil it was, but I hope it was a graphite pencil.

On another forum yesterday people were discussing that the city of Danbury, CT (35 mins from me) is considering offering fiber 20/20 Internet for $15 a month. People were like 25/25 is minimum for broadband. People are stupid. That is plenty of bandwidth for the average household. I had 25/25 for 18 months with FIOS and it was fine.

There is also a complete edition if people want to try and wait for a deal on that, though it looks like it's a weapon pack, one new quest, and one new hour long area with 1 extra boss at a cost of 1.99, 1.99, and 7.99 respectfully, as well as a couple of starting booster packs for $2 each.

edit: ah its like Lord of Shadows where the DLC isn't on the disc, N/m

Are the little sticks of lead in a mechanical pencil even strong enough to actually break skin and not just break away? I always just had them break off if I even remotely tried to use force.
