Get them while they are hot as I will be posting it on Slickdeals after about an hour or so. Someone is going to post it, so I might as well get all the epeen myself. OMG I sound like Smackattack's mom wanting to hog all the peen for myself!

Oddly, ALL the MadCatz headsets show as out of stock now, even the $200+ ones.

Since Lakers714 got one, I bet he took mine out of my cart as I was checking out.  That dude's a total ass-wagon and don't think I don't have my eye on you :whistle2:x :shame:

That is odd. I didn't see any other headset oddly priced. I guess this was a glitch. Wish more people would have gotten in on it.

 
The other two headsets are sold by a third party seller. So I'm not sure you can read too much into them being out of stock. Those listings might have been there for months without any stock available.

For those wondering, $100 in GCs is close to selling about 1000 Steam trading cards when you figure in the exchange rate.

Mine hasn't been canceled yet.  I could be sad that I'll only get one gift card (though I ordered two TVs, but in one order) or be happy that this no doubt means that my TVs are coming :pray:

Every time I see one of these giveaways with a shit-ton of copies, I always root for there to be one more entry than copies available. I just want there to be one guy out there who, against all odds, didn't win.

Apparently Metal Gear Solid V just got a price drop, it's now $40 in the US... or $21.50 in the UK. (It's even cheaper in Norway.)

Is it a price mistake though? I mean, multiple regions have it cheap, if it's a permanent price drop you could just wait to get it during the summer sale

I say it's a price mistake 90%. It's not just only that the price got a 50% off but also some region on steam store got 66% off. And if you check gamesplanet UK/DE you will see then game is on sale at a discount of 50%.

Too many coincidences.

Edit. My theory died :( Gamesplanet MSRP got fixed, so it seems its intended to be like it is on steam.

So, I just tried to list a Bird Story card pack for $0.20 and I was told I have to wait 2 weeks because I'm not using Steam's crappy authenticator AND I have to confirm an email. At some point, I think even I will not be cheap enough to justify these hoops.

I guess it might be time for me to start getting level 2 and 3 badges or something. Do people do something else with these cards?

(I know this is old news to everyone else but I don't use the market much.)

King's Quest Chapter 1 is now free.

Before the issue was that if you bought chapter 1 only you wouldn't be able to get the epilogue if buying the season pass (you had to buy the complete collection up front to get season pass + epilogue). Now it's probably a non-issue since you can remove complimentary items from your account (in case the complete collection goes on sale or gets bundled).

Update, I got a shipping notice for the cheap Newegg headset, so no cancellation here.  I also never got a Samsung gift card for the TV I didn't order.  Never buying Samsung again.
