This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

See this POST for links to store sale pages, threads of interest and other tools to help you become a more informed PC game shopper.

It's actually an old-ass GX TV with the wing speakers and stuff. And my kid is playing some 12 year old "five-in-one" Namco joystick-game thing. He was watching someone play Pac-Man on YouTube so I remembered that we owned those and busted them out for him.
Cool.

I always wanted one of those and I'd probably buy one if I found one at a thrift store, even though I probably wouldn't use it now.

Crafted two more levels and...

And the current owners are trying to milk them for as much money as possible by putting them in IG Raving Aces bundle, which is $1.53 in group buy, and on Humble Store for $1.49 each.
I haven't been paying too close attention to that IG Raving Aces bundle. Has there been a happy hour on that one so far?

Just got tump on levels 4 & 5 of the badge. Cant wait for the prices to tank.

wait, can you market stuff before the waiting period ends?
You can do that, if instead of buying the cards to craft badges, you get them by getting shitloads of keys from giveaways then mass idling your army of accounts. Just Madjoki stuff.

*DRUDGE SIREN* I played a game... and finished it. Mad Max was actually a good game with a good story that ended in a Mad Max fashion. It was about the right length if you only do the Story and "Wasteland" side missions. I was very impressed. Now back to just idling cards and backlogging stuff for another year. *DRUDGE SIREN*

I've been recently "playing" Her Story. Heck of a story + acting here. Have about two hours with it, so far. It feels like I'm trying to play detective and, more or less, search & find every clip.

Hi guys, anyone here got the Megaman Legacy Collection from Steam? Bought it a couple of days ago and I can't make it work. The game is giving me an Application error and no compatibility mode makes it work. I'm using W10 and couldn't find anyone else with this problem.

Yep, just yesterday. Ol' Manual Louise has them for $1.53 and DarkCsar has them for $1.55. So that's about the price range for hosts, and Det probably has some if you regularly buy from him.

I am tempted by Subnautica and I got enough Gabe Bux for it. Any opinions on the game?
Also in the tempted boat. I have 30 Steam friends who own it and not one of them has more than 2 hours in the game which seems to be the majority of playtime amounts. That says to me it may not be worth it yet, espc being its still EA.

Don't judge it based on their playtime....it has WAY more hours than that. They probably just dont like that kind of game. Farming and building to progress.

Sure, but it totally depends on the player. I like its looks and the people who seem to like it, really do. But it'd be one thing if it was 1 or 2 people, but 30 at around the same playtime or less? That seems pretty telling to me for an EA game only at 40% off. Its one of those on the fence games for me, if I dont get it, Im not going to regret it.

I had a $9 rebate card from MSI and was able to sell a few cards to cover Subnautica. I've been making a lot of rash decisions these days... When it comes to Steam, of course. "Oh, hey, I'll eventually want We Happy Few, let's buy it now!"... I am an enabler...

All under 2 hours, you mean the time in which you have to stay under to qualify for a refund?

You guys should get it. Need sacrifices to ensure it makes it into the Humble Monthly.
Sacrifice denied. Bought it and have now requested a refund from Steam after half an hours worth of gameplay. It's quite solid but the performance is not where it should be. I think I'll save my Gabe Dollars for the Phantom Pain or the Witcher 3 Season Pass, when they get a decent discount.

Wasn't there talk about MGS5 getting a GOTY edition?

Although I'm not sure if its worth waiting for; the extras included didn't seem all that worth it, especially since I already have ground zero.
