Don't believe it was mentioned previously, but in case anyone is interested, the next Shovel Knight DLC Specter of Torment will be released this Wednesday.

Free for anyone who bought the main game back when it was $9.99, or you can buy it individually on Wednesday... for only $9.99.

You know, I don't use Tapatalk, but the mobile version of CAG is gimped as far as features, so I wouldn't be surprised if some features are unavailable.
Yup. I use the full website via my phone because of this.

The "blade" example posted above is how I ignored that idiot from the Vudu code/steam code thread a few weeks back.

It's not convenient on whatever platform you use.

"Your ignorance is giving me an aneurysm!"

"You sound like Tebow"

"OMG You're so mean and shitty to me!"

Eh, whatcha gonna do?  Rock on, Blade.  You go be you.

FakeyFox reporting from his ZGold experiments:

New Gamersgate promotion is 10% off any purchase above $12, stacks with the free bonus game offer too.

Did two orders since GG recently added a pre-order discount on two games I wanted:

1st Order: Yooka Laylee (regular) + Slain (needed filler to get over $30 ZGold threshold) netted me a bonus game of Endless Legend

2nd Order: Impact Winter (Indie game published by Namco Bandai) netted me a bonus game of Ryse

Not bad at all and like Spoder said, better than the crap you'll get from GMG mystery boxes.

And yes, I fall for promotions like this on purpose because reporting back on this stuff guarantees most you jokers won't ignore me.

I mean this sincerely that I like everyone here (except DD83 and his fancy suit), and I hope everyone can get along. How about a group hug?

I'm glad I bought the game for $9.99 $9.04. It was a great playthrough. Beat many of the challenges as well. Tried to start the Plague of Shadows campaign but I couldn't get a handle on the weird controls and jump/float mechanics. I'll probably revisit it later on or maybe dive into the new DLC which also looks pretty good.

It seems likely that Shovel of Hope will be in a Hamble Monthly or high bundle tier in the next few months.

Also, someone mentioned wanting a Corsair mouse and I don't think it was this one but in case it is:

Corsair Gaming Sabre Optical RGB Gaming Mouse $30

At Newegg, but I can't link because CAG puts up a wall between us and Newegg so just go to Newegg and search if you are interested.

Add me on Steam, guys. My ID is the same as my name here. I never get on the thing, but I would like to play something whenever I do go online.

Wow, that pic is from the way back machine...

Anyhow, today is one of the best "maybe it should be a national holiday" days of the year... When every team and their fans have reasons for hope and excitement. Opening Day. May all your teams have a good year.

(As long as they don't get in the way of the Royals that is.)

The new mechanics do take a bit of time to get down. Especially if you jump into it immediately after playing through the main campaign (which is what I did). Took me a good 60 minutes before I felt comfortable with the platforming and a couple hours before I could reliably move around smoothly and freely. I do think that once you get a hang of things, Plague of Shadows becomes superior to the main campaign. An example of DLC done right.

Are the Obscure games fun to play anymore? Rarely goes on sale for sure.
Yeah. More fun if you've got someone to play it with, or play online with (need Nvidia gamestream or Moonlight to play online). They're like B movie classic horror games, so if you think that's your thing I would buy them. Doubt they'll ever get bundled. Only thing that bothered me was the lack of true widescreen support. You can use a widescreen mod for them but it'll be stretched.

4 more days until everyone else gets a massive 30 day bonus and has just enough chronogg coins for Brigador but I'll be 5 short.
Sadly, I was on vacation early on when coins started and I'm only on day 16 with 3500 coins. Bleh.

You guys should talk politics more often, it only makes sure I don't post here because I don't want to get banned for calling Trumpers (censored censored censored)

So, you know. There's that.

Can confirm that Fox's instructions work, have had him on my ignore list ever since he told people I cheated them out of money and games when I hosted Indie Galas. He loves his alternative facts almost as much as he does eating with his mouth open on discord. Congratulations on not realizing that Syntax Error's condescending posts directed at me because I don't like Hillary Clinton prompted a response, moran.
You're a Russian agent according to one of Hillary's former aides. Come to think of it, Bernie may have been a Russian agent. He spent his honeymoon is Russia, liked some of Russia's policies. Why isn't Bernie being investigated as a spy put in place by Putin/Russia in order to sink Hillary!??!?!?!?!

Valve will allow me to purchase games from them and then review them? What an exciting time to be alive!
but exclusive forums! Dont forget those totally awesome exclusive forums that definitely wont turn into a cesspool, and more useless badges no one cares about

They do mention an unrestricted return policy though, at maybe one per week, which makes me wonder if they will truly open that up since that seems ripe for abuse. Just buy a game, give it an explorer review, beat it, return whenever as long as you havent returned a game that week. I cant possibly see valve actually doing that, so the one thing that would possibly be a perk will be gone within a month

I must have gotten lucky on my 14-day streak and on my daily that day:

The 14-day bonus seems normal enough (mine was 934) and the 100 reward on April 1st was the same for everyone. I'd be interested in knowing what you got for your other bonus chests, though. My starter was 750, 3-day was 150, and 7-day was 315, FWIW.

Panda Express is higher quality than a lot of stuff including Leann Chin and almost every Chinese buffet in town.  I just wish they made better rice.

Because you pay more taxes the more money you make? Mind-boggling...

You disgust me. Panda Express should be a last resort when no other suitable Chinese-American restaurants are available.
I don't like "real" Chinese food, at least any I have found yet. Pei-Wei was the first I liked. Maybe I just have a good PE near me.

That's why I said Chinese-American. I like to go to a mall with a nice food court and maybe 3-4 competing restaurants. Your usual "Chinese"and then a few more labeled otherwise like "Teriyaki" or "Cajun" but that still serve the full array of Chinese-American dishes. That mall is like 25 minutes away so if I'm feeling super lazy I might do Panda Express, but it's really just bland and unappetizing food. I consider it one step above buying those frozen chinese food bags and reheating it (which is essentially what they do). But, hey, if you like it, enjoy, don't mind me.

Honestly, it's probably the Orange Chicken sauce. I prefer sweeter or spicy flavors over salty flavors. And I don't generally care for soy pods or sauce
(All that basically ruins most of the entire segment.)

The PEs around here are far above anything I have eaten from a frozen food container(and I have tried many) Maybe your stores just suck?

Some Panda is good. Orange chicken is pretty shit, it's way too sweet, but stuff like black pepper chicken or firecracker or whatever it's called is pretty good. Generally the super sweet stuff isn't great, but the quality is alright on most of their stuff and they don't use MSG, which even "authentic" Chinese places use pretty commonly. Their noodles are decent too.

They're still a franchise though, so they're really nothing special.

Psh Chinese food is for Sallys. Ethiopian, Burmese, or Indian.

Most authentic Chinese places don't use MSG anymore either btw
