Free PS4 Happy Holidays Dynamic Theme in Email

Hopefully we get that free Frozen Wilds DLC that EU has been apparently getting. Here's hoping since I haven't bought it yet. ;)

 
i see these post all the time and I have NEVER recieved a free gift, theme or anything from them. What am I doing wrong?

It was an article I saw back then explaining that EU owners were randomly getting a free copy of the DLC, kinda like our free $10 being handed out over here. I never saw anything more on it after though, so guess that was it.
