Woohoo! Was able to get over $16 back (price adjustment) on CoD WW2 and Battlefront 2 and over $12 back on South Park, I’ll freaking take that!
 
Waaay off topic but, has anybody recently bought gift cards (Google play for me) in store with BB gift cards? Online has the option disappear if it's in the cart at all.
 
Now looking forward to next week's Ad really hope that for XMAS they will have deals on Switch games really want to get Mario Odyssey, Splatoon 2, ARMS, and Skyrim

If you google for the chat you can find it. I love the chat option it’s so much faster. I price matched ww2 today simple an fast. As always.

Do you have to be elite for these adjustments? I got denied in my last chat. The rep wanted me to reorder all of the games then return them to the store instead of adjusting it on her end.

Elite should only matter as far as the time frame you have to get an adjustment. That rep was just being lazy.

 
Is Mafia 3 any good?  I see that it's on sale for 7.99.  Very tempted despite my extreme backlog of games!

It's good but not good enough. It's repetitive and lacks the depth for its length. I enjoyed my first 10 hours more than my next 10 and even more than the next. That being said, you'll get your money's worth if you ever play it.
 
Successfully price matched Mafia 3, Battlefront 2, COD WW2 and LA Noire via chat. Got about $50 back. And if you count the $10 preorder certs from BF2 and COD, only paid $22 each. Sweet!

Really need to remember that I have 45 days with Elite Plus. Most games will go on sale at least a bit within that period.

As above elite only matter time wise. You should be able to get them to price match the return policy time which is longer with the holiday policy. Today the person wouldn’t do gcu on the adjustment until I explained it better An he got a higher up member to help but wasn’t a big issue.
If you run into a issue just log off an try again with a new chat person
 
Still trying to find a Live Chat option on the website and no luck.

The only Live Chat I see its for Geek Squad.

No trolling or griefing ... Try harder. It's so easy. I googled it. It was the first or second link. Now, if you're doing this on the mobile site then you are probably SOL, the link does not exist as far as I can tell.

where there's no mention of you attempting the methods provided in the thread. From what I observed on mobile, yes, it seems the "Expert Service" page doesn't have a chat option, but the Price Match FAQ does. You can still reach that page a number of ways on mobile.

But as suggested, Google search is always an option, and frankly much faster than navigating through BB's site. Now... if the chat actually works on mobile, that's a different story.

 
You can try a chat on mobile by switching to the full Bestbuy.com site with a link on the bottom. Then on the bottom right there’s s pop up that says “need help.” That will give you a link for a chat. It doesn’t work get on mobile tbh.

might want to check that CoD WW2. The price match took away all my points for the preorder bonus which was lame as hell.

 
Tried chat and calling elite helpline to get giftcard and battlegrounds with day 1 scorpio purchase and was shot down. Brought the console back for a return and rebuy and became a winner winner chicken dinner!

Did they do a return/rebuy? Thats the only reason i can think of that your preorder bonus was removed. Both my battlefront 2 and ww2 pounts are still there.

Finally got my price adjustment (from chat) for BF2 (one week later). I only got $8 but that's better than nothing. I haven't gotten an email yet, though...and since I bought it in-store with multiple GCs...I'm not sure yet where the refund money is.

They also processed it as an exchange on the date they approved the refund....I hope I don't lose $10 in points for the $8 refund. I think they usually just adjust the price of the original purchase transaction.

 
Calling and chatting they wouldn't price match my launch scorpio so I had to go in store. They refunded the Xbox to my card and then I bought it again with the freebies. Kind of a pain and took forever but worth it in the end.
 
Just did a second return/rebuy of my launch Scorpio edition and got the gift card and for whatever reason, 2 more PUBG codes on top of the one I got earlier this week when the free code was the only bonus. Got lucky I guess!!! Selling both of the extra codes for $20 each! PM me if interested. Don’t shoot me for not posting this in the trading section but I’m too tired from shopping to make another post lol!!!! Best Buy has been killing it this year due to all the deals/drops within the extended return period.

Unfortunately it did not work. The only receipt I have is the email pick up receipt and the bestbuy.com receipt. Neither has a barcode and the manager at the best buy required a barcode to scan. She wouldn't manually enter the S/N... I have a picture of the serial number but it wouldn't scan because it was blurry. I'm trying chat now and even considering printing my own bar codes. Not trying to cheat Best Buy but the manager was likely acting out of policy.

Edit: actually, just did chat and the dude is hooking me up. Took 5 minutes.

Yeah, sometimes customer service tries to play jr. detectives because mine was shipped to my house and all they needed was my BB order number and serial! Enjoy your new found fortune!
