I'm pretty sure this used to be free. I own it already. I noticed it has a price of $4.99 now. Maybe I had a code to redeem it or it was free when it first released.

Early Adopter Pack is comprised of a Children of the Vault Weapon, Echo skin and 5 Gold Keys. Welcome Pack? Not sure
