Since I thought the cheap 3DS games thread was a good idea. I thought I would start one for the PS Vita. I will maintain this site a few times a day going forward. Post links up to new deals and I will add them to the OP. Anyhow, here we go:

Yeah, I'm just glad I realized after getting Plague Road, that it was complete garbage, and realizing someone selling something like for more than .99 cents, probably isn't to concerned with proper customer value or CS. I swore him and his games off after that, as when people show you who they are, believe them the first time.

If I hadn't already played Mecho Wars and knew it to be a solid Advance Wars type experience, I wouldn't give the games a second look. Too bad your first experience was Plague Road. That's one I skipped due to all the negative feedback and the genre not being one of my favorites at all.

War Theatre is actually pretty solid, like Mecho Wars, it copies a lot of Advance Wars game design while offering some new stuff as well. Still, I resisted the physicals on all of his games. I might like the AW clones, but I don't need physicals in my collection like the AW series itself.

 
Plague Wars and Mecho Tales I consider bad games. Mecho Tales is better, but feels so bland even with a great art style. Plague wars dissuades you from getting in battles and is extremely grindy and boring to me. One of the few games to actively put me to sleep playing it.

He really should have hired someone to help with the shipping, even if it is just friends/family. It is definitely unacceptable for some people to get their games in January while others such as myself are stuck in limbo.

Never ordering another game from him or his company again. Even if they are only $0.49, like they are/just were on the eshop.

I tried to do it with whoever was the campaign and Luc, through the indiegogo site, email, and twitter and never got a response.

I have gotten the games already around Dec/Jan, so there's that.

They did for a few of them, but I've used NPE on the past ~10 releases. Don't know why they flip-flopped, but they went back and forth on it for a bit.

Stinks that NPE is gone, that was the last flat $5 code I knew of.

Ahh that explains a lot. I haven't bought any of the limited releases for awhile now so I didn't know they changed it back again.

 
I just got my games from Arcade Distillery yesterday, so there's hope for those of you still waiting. I had filled out the Google form months ago stating that I wanted the games signed by Luc, but they arrived unsigned. Oh well, at least I got them.

Yeah, it's beyond apparent this guy was in way over his head, and this seems like way to much work for pretty much "free" or ".99" mobile level games at best.

 
Yeah, I'm not expecting to get the games for a while now that Luc is in isolation due to Covid-19 per his Twitter. No telling when Skull Pirates will come out either. Hope everything is good for Luc. Seems like a good dude, albeit an unorganized one.

Frankly, I'm not really sure what value there is to even having them autographed. Is there a hot market for signed memorabilia for mediocre video game designers?

No way I am paying $18.90 for shipping for one game. They said in their email and on Twitter that a free shipping option would be available, as always. I don't feel like having to deal with their CS after buying the game and paying for the 18.90 shipping. I guess I will just wait things out and see if they fix it. Sometimes it can take them hours to correct something on their site. Hopefully the game doesn't sell out before they correct the shipping. They've had some recent titles sell out pretty quick.

 
Yeah, that's super weird... Free shipping was available for that short window... I got my order placed with it. I just tried placing another order with the same checkout method to test it out, and it was the $10 shipping you guys stated. I'm assuming they are still working out the kinks...
