Not safe for life
I mean, there are just "dessert pizzas", which are literally any sweet pastry (yeasted or otherwise) shaped like a round pizza and cut into wedges like pizza. Which is like, do whatever you want with it, my concerns for pizza toppings do not extend to every single object which is vaguely pizza-like in geometry.

The only thing that makes this not just a dessert pizza is the added touch of mozzarella cheese, which is definitely bit more bold, but mozzarella cheese on desert pastries is not totally unheard of. Kanafeh is a Lebanese dessert often made with mozzarella, and I've seen Cheesecakes that add mozzarella.

Here is my Curse of the Dead Gods mini review after beating it a few times including one of the 3 boss long temples. I think I'm close to being done with this game. It's most similar to Hades crossed with a souls game. The game begins with you just walking into a temple. There is close to no story. You have a stamina meter to use for 3 weapons, of which you can charge. The main and sub hand weapons take less stamina. Everything feels weighty and slow. It makes it very challenging, but also feel alright. It's not the fast paced action fest that Hades is. I do like the graphics and they remind me of Hades , as well as a little bit of Darkest Dungeon. There is a curse system in place where you usually get 20 curse points a room and at every increment of 100 you get a new curse. There are five levels of curses, with the last being terrible and usually losing health every few seconds to 1 HP. This is a very flawed, but decent game. The challenge can get extreme (I can't even get close to beating the 3rd snake dungeon boss), and 1 mistake can cost you a lot of health. All this dungeon crawling is done in fighting arenas against enemies which can be a pain when you have 5 or 6 enemies on you. It's hard to predict the attacks then. There is a clunky dodging system, as well as an extremely precise parrying system. You need to master both or fail. I played this for a bit over 27 hours, and have unlocked most of the weapons and god blessings. These god blessings are passive and chosen before you enter a dungeon compared to getting them in game in Hades. Frankly some of the rooms in the temples feel overly long and boring. It takes a while to do the full 3 course dungeon. I do like that there are traps everywhere, so you can never be calm. It just feels like a good game, but may be a bit too punishing, and a bit bland with no story whatsoever. I think it's still worth a 6.5/10 trending toward 7, but likely is better for a good sale or bundles. Frustrating, slow at times and repetitive in scenery and gameplay sometimes as well, leads to a decent game overall. Hades is highly recommended over it. It's frustrating, which is why I'm likely slowing my time down with it.

I tried the Outriders demo this weekend... What I read was mostly positive but I didn't think it would really grab me but it did.

Gameplay was fun, the voice work was really surprising strong as was the story. Hoping I can find a better deal on it before launch. So far the best I've seen is 10% off.

Anyhow, demo is obviously free so I recommend trying it out.

I just post stuff for jokes.

Did I post the video where the people added candy corn to a pizza?

That reminds me, I overheard someone in a Walmart claiming she actually liked Peeps.
I hadn't consciously thought about the existence of Peeps since February 29th, 2008, when an officemate of mine got a package for Easter that had Peeps in it. Can you believe it? I'm thinking about Peeps on February 29th again.

Outriders is always an option to try as well 😉

If you didn't know, given the entire legal battle b/t Nacon & Frogwares, the madness continues over The Sinking City...

Nacon re-posted on Steam the game The Sinking City by Frogwares, on discount recently.

And Frogwares posted a video about the version in there, which they claim was hacked, modified, and uploaded to Steam for sale to the consumer:

https://youtu.be/VYTSt5oOr5g

If that wasn't enough, Nacon's blaming Frogwares for the lack of Steam features (Steam Achievements & Steam Cloud Saves) b/c Frogwares won't cooperate with Nacon.

And to add...

Yep.

That's gone more in depth in Frogwares' video about how they believe Nacon bought the game from GamesPlanet (Deluxe Ed w/ extra content); hacked it; cracked it; removed some stuff from it; put their own Nacon labels; and put it up on Steam.

20% off on GMG, you just have to log on and go to their XP offers section.

as someone who played mad Division and "some" Division 2, is this the new looter shooter hotness?

People Can Fly.... was that the Painkiller studio?  I loved that game back in the day.  I might be remembering wrong, old brain no work good and stuff.

I think that's fair. The demo characters will be there at the full game so there are people farming the demo for the highest tier gear on a level 7 character. (You be able to upgrade those items when you level up via crafting but a higher world tier drop will still be superior.)

So, yeah, there's something to be gained but its not a massive gain. I suspect when the game drops people will be like "that was a waste of time" but they're doing it because its fresh and new. I'm not sure how it will stack versus the competition but the competition right now seems prime for a new challenger.

Division 2 just finished season 4 of year 2 and no new content for much of this year.

I have no idea what's going on with Destiny 2 but its getting long in the teeth.

Anthem... Yeah.

Borderlands 3, fun game and I enjoyed it but like the rest of the series I just have issues with farming it. Some items only drop from quests that cannot be repeated so you have to back up saves... Tedious. Also, and I hate to say this, I feel like with it not being a Live Service game its not as competitive in farming. You're basically just trying to out do your friends while in Division 2 I can look at a random stranger and be like he's got better gear than me. (Maybe this is just because Borderlands 3 seems to handle matchmaking poorly. I could never seem to find other players.)

That would be them. Its their first game since leaving Epic.

So, is Aliens: Fireteam basically like Left 4 Dead (co-op shooter) and Gears of War (3rd person shooter w/ cover mechanics) in the Aliens franchise/setting?

Considering Fall Guys dropped off a cliff pretty fast, I wonder what they bought it for.
B/c of Epic and their shenanigans, why else?

I'd guess Epic is trying to buy-out Indies and pull them away from Steam; and also hope it make other Indies think it's worthwhile to sell-out to them when they decided to try to buy-out another one.

Plus, another game on their store to increase Epic's own catalogue on EGS, to join Rocket League and Fortnite, too.

Looking right now on Twitch, Fortnite has about 300k viewers. Rocket League has about 30k. Fall Guys about 3k. So the next company they buy probably has a game with 300 viewers.

So, does this mean Epic's buying out Frogwares next?

Looks like The Sinking City might have been delisted from Steam again.

It's no longer showing up.

Not sure if Nacon, Valve, or who pulled it.

Seems like a lot to me:

If you think the popularity of their main IP is too low, I'd imagine that, I dunno, maybe price might be a consideration in the acquisition.

In other news just played the Valeera chapter in Hearthstone. Not only was it the worst chapter of Book of Heroes yet, which is the worst single player content Hearthstone has ever had, it's probably the worst video game anything I've ever played period.

No it's exactly like Far Cry 4, except there are no outposts to take over, towers to climb, vehicles to drive, no elephants to ride, no animals to skin, no explosive tipped arrows and no Hurk..

Ha, that's harsh. Yeah, Book of Heroes has been probably the worst single player content they've ever made and the new chapter is definitely the worst, but I've played so many bad games over the years that there's no way I would share the opinion that it's the worst videogame thing ever. Although I haven't finished it yet, so maybe when I get to the final boss I'll want to kill myself or something.

I am super excited for the new Mercenaries mode even though I don't actually know what it is. At Blizzcon they mentioned tactical rpg mixed with a rogue-like which sounds great to me although I think it might just be a Slay the Spire clone. I'd be fine with that too.

Everyone is insisting Slay the Spire clone, I think just because of the branching map they showed. They're wrong. Apparently it's not a deckbuilding game at all. Looks like it's much more within the genre of mobile gacha game / hero collector RPGs.

My condolences to anyone who is familiar with that venerable genre. At least I can say that I'm certain Hearthstone Mercenaries will be the best one ever made.

Fanatical has The Jackbox Party Pack 5 for $10.19. Historical low was $8.99 in 2019, but you can achieve a lower price if you happen to have any additional coupons from the Fanatical Spin to Win rewards on purchases made during BundleFest.

For The King was Free before on Epic. I have it free there, but not on Steam.

I have the other 2 games on Steam already; were these (Human: Fall Flat and Bomber Crew) in bundles?
