Almost bought that one but like the white controller, reminded me too much of a spaghetti strap top.
 
The blue dual sense is one I got on sale during one of the few sales Sony has yearly to make the controllers cheaper at least and it is gorgeous in person. I have 2 controllers right now, but usually have 3 in a consoles lifetime, so I'm waiting for what will be my third. I will get more controllers if I really love the theme/color though. I actually think the Valorant controller is probably in more limited supply, but the demand is not there at all.

Yeah. I should know better.

$40 controller black fridays. Paying $70 is such a waste. It needs to be really special.
 
I went into target 9am this morning. It took me 15-20min. to get some help at the Electronics counter. Pushed the buzzer many times, had two guys radio for help, nothing. The cart pushers started to take notice and acted weary after passing me 2-3 times. Then a team lead from the front of the store eventually came over had no clue what I was talking about with the Star Wars Outlaws steelbook. He disappeared on me for 5min., eventually came back, couldn't believe he tracked one down and had it in-hand, and then he gave it to me for no cost.
 
I have so many controllers already. I just need a sale on the damn official charging stations and for dual sense controller's to be $50 again. Also need a good discount on ps plus. Just realized its expiring this November lol

Meh my circuit city never discounted anything past 19.99-29.99. Even when they were going oob everything stuck to near full price. I wish I could have loaded up on stuff like I did at video for all when they went out.
 
Crazy. Wonder if they'll attempt "A Realm Reborn" effort on it, perhaps turn it into a single player RPG with the bones?

I suppose it must be bleeding cash to operate, otherwise I don't see why they'd shut it down.
 
I cannot picture them going the F2P route. This is not simply an underwhelming game, audiences completely rejected it. The entire IP is poisoned.

Man. What a trip skimming through that. Also shaking my head that I don't have most of those 5 dollar games now.

maybe, haven't looked lately but i know complete disc copies of fortnite for ps4 were hovering around $100. although that eventually became a successful game. could end up just like another MAG just as easy. I wonder what the initial print run was.

People on eBay def think so, copies already going for over MSRP but could just be people doing it as a joke..

I'm just beyond baffled at this, it had to have been a massive loss for Sony. Figured it was a fairly recent development (started 2-3 years ago) but a Reddit comment said it was in development for 8 years.

The game is so bare bones. I find it hard to believe it took longer than to develop than red dead redemption 2 or something like that.
 
Random question, but did they stop sending those "thank you for your purchase" emails every time you redeem PS Plus games?
I noticed it a week or so ago when my brother said he was in my account grabbing some games from the Extra catalog, and then today when I claimed September's games.
 
Yes and no. I think it depends on what you're doing. I had to update the Hulu app (it was already downloaded and I had used it before) and they still sent me a "thank you for your purchase" email.

Good catch, I think you're right. I was wondering why I didn't get the usual emails when claiming the monthly games yesterday.
On the one hand, I imagine it was to cut down on confusion for the average person (having a record of purchase of something tied to your Plus subscription) but the on the other, it was an easy way to have a record of PS Plus claims without having to navigate their godawful order history interface.
 
It depends on how you redeem them unless that's changed. If you just click the download button on the system then no email. But if you do it through the web browser it gives a email since you are adding it to your cart and such.

Are there any special physical editions of Astro Bot? Debating getting base physical vs the digital deluxe. As far as I can tell, there isn't a way to upgrade the base physical with the digital deluxe extras

This month I claimed them in the app, which used to generate emails. No emails this time though
 
Yeah, I pre-ordered Astro Bot on PSN today. I was planning on it anyway, but I figured I'd hold out until the reviews started coming out. It looks fantastic.

I did that last week. I had a bunch of PSN credit I will never use so I just pre-ordered that. I did not even think about "what if its bad?" until this morning when I saw someone talking about the reviews coming soon. I am glad to see it is scoring well. I have been looking for this game before I even know it would even be made.
