Did you make sure the UPCs matched?  Sometimes multiple versions of movies are sold. It's OK that you chose do not return if rejected.  That just means you will take a downgrade before sending it back.  If it is outright rejected you still get it back.

Most likely you'll get a wrong version rejection. The tags alone might trigger since it looks like it doesn't match the default. But it sounds like you are determined to send it in either way. Send it in, hope for a good grader and let us know how it works out.

One of my Naval Assaults were accepted, other got rejected. Just got word both Harry Potters got rejected long with a Surfs Up. Never ever ever doing another 360 game tradein.

I didn't have a manual for King Of Fighters XIII, so I cut out the last page with the warranty info for an old copy of SF IV. That worked to keep it from being downgraded. May want to include a one page random insert to avoid a bogus downgrade.
