Crap, I think they’ve now fixed the glitch. I tried it with a couple random games as a test run to see if it still worked - it did - but now that I’m trying it with what I’d actually want I can’t seem to get it working again.
I can confirm. Link’s Awakening physical version rang up for $30 even though the sticker price in the case had it at Walmart’s usual $49.94.

So um...the pic was upright when I uploaded it from my phone. No idea how to right it on here...
Hmm. I placed an order for one at GameStop back when they were back ordered, but that one isn’t estimated to arrive until the 9th. And it just so happens that there’s a semi-close Best Buy store to me that has one in stock...and I have a rewards certificate that I could use there...
Out of...
So I just picked up my Deluxe copy a hour and a half or so ago from the store, and yeah I got $20 in rewards. If it’s a glitch, it seems pretty odd that they haven’t fixed it by now.
No preorder DLC though. Was the Chocobo summon inside the box for the Deluxe edition, or is it emailed?
First impressions I find it kind of goofy looking. But why really care what it looks like? How it performs and feels is more important. I am intrigued about the whole tension-with-the-triggers dynamic it has going on.
So here’s an...oddity I’ve noticed. The Disaster Report 4 - Epilogue Part 2 costs $7.99 US, by itself.

But it’s also part of the Disaster Report 4 - Fade Into Memory Bundle...which is free...
It might be that the PSVR2 doesn’t need lights to track like the PSVR1 does. And in order to use PSVR1 on the PS5, you have to have a DualShock 4 controller with it too.
I did from Best Buy. If I recall right, it plus all the Doom Eternal DLC was redeemed with a single code.
Edit: Wait, I may have lied. I think the pre-order DLC was in the box for the Deluxe Edition? I don’t know - I haven’t opened my copy up yet because I still haven’t decided if I wanted to...
Interesting. I’m guessing that the “hearing mode” you speak of is like detective vision in the Batman Arkham games or instinct mode in the new Hitman games?
Also, would you recommend hard mode for a new player? Or would a new player be missing out on part of the game by not having access to...
What does hard difficulty do differently? Does it make the experience more realistic, or does it do things like make human enemies into bullet sponges?
TLOU is unfortunately one of the “must-play” games that I haven’t quite gotten around to playing yet...
The Ghost of Tsushima CE is what I used my coupon on. Was debating on using if for that or waiting to see if a Doom Eternal CE would come back in stock before release and use it there...but then the it went out of stock as well. Decided that overall I’d much rather have the Ghost CE (and realize...
There’s suppose to be a cassette tape shaped USB drive that I think the music was going to be stored on. That’s the physical thing that’s getting delayed I believe.
So, funny/interesting thing I noticed about that 25% coupon email link. After taking a screenshot of the code and copying the text, I kept that webpage open on my phone and would periodically refresh it to see how long it’d last.
Timing-wise the page lasted almost 3 months for me before...
Wait, how did that work? Did the order now ask you for extra payment since it now cost more than it did when the discount still applied?
Great, now I’m nervous. Right before mine ended, I made a massive order of preorders for anything I was even remotely interested in, with the logic that when...
