You can just go to xbox.com and enter it using the usual "redeem code" option. That's how I did it.

It seems like you need to manually upload your scores to the leaderboards. I only happened to find this out by looking through the leaderboard menus, so there are probably many people who didn't register their scores. On top of that, this game may not have that many people playing to begin with.
