Yeah, missed out too. Been stalking ebay for the last couple of months but could never pull the trigger.
But with the PS4 coming and seeing as I have the first one for PS1, I'm glad I didn't (I like to keep series within the same platform if possible).
Here's hoping Switch prices will go down...
Yep, TATE in handheld mode doesn't quite work (I guess devs where only thinking of dock mode?).
But thankfully, FanGamer has got it figured out. I haven't received my copies of Psikyo Alpha/Beta yet, but FlipGrip is a godsend for PinballFX.
Thanks for the tip! I was waiting for new copies to drop to $20 again, but used @ $15 right now is too good to pass up.
Took a slight detour to an out of the way GS that had a copy and luckily, all the extras were still in the case (though a tad beat-up).
Back in the day, these were included with the action figures. You need a CommTech reader. Plays sound-bites/quotes from the movie. Talking toys were all the rage in the late 90's.
Wow! Takes you back to the early LRG days...but, I'm not upset, though, my past-self would be spewing much comments on LRG's FB...
So, out of curiosity, what was the Spelunky Vita limit in the AM batch?
I too don't know if I should cash in my tickets.
I have emailed the 'help desk' about the rewards program a couple of times. As of April, the response I got is that there are no plans for 'better' rewards than the 'free game'/$24.99 coupon and that trading cards should be available in a few of...
Very interested in this. Also would prefer PS4. What are the chances of that happening? And/or possible NA release?
Should get it to be safe as I will get a Switch eventually...
Agreed. Never was a fan the tickets based on per game purchase. Should have been based on dollars spent. And the '$25 "free game" or discount' should have been at a lower # of tickets, like 20. While a fun and generous gesture, I felt it was rolled out hastily and too early.
I doubt the system...
I too have reached the 40 ticket level. That prompted me to open a support ticket @ LRG asking the very same thing. Seems that all the current rewards on the redemption form are still valid. There was mention of Trading Cards being a reward option, but no specifics were given. Keep in mind that...
So true!
At least with NISA Vita offerings, they came after their PS(3/4) counterpart and with extra content/features (sometimes). But these simultaneous PS4/NS CE with no differences...I'm just gonna get what interests me the most on the platform that will offer the better experience, except...
Wow! Talk about "shipping kills the deal". Not to mention, that paying with credit card there is a $2-3 international transaction fee...at least with mine.
Yep. I've scaled back my LRG and PA purchases to only titles that fit my interests. Fun while it lasted.
Yep. I agree. When the tickets were first introduced, I commented that a "ticket per game" was a slippery slope; that $1000 to get a $24.99 voucher was gonna soon be $1200. And now like you said, CEs we're heading towards $2k for $24.99 discount.
I suggested that a "ticket per $25 spent" would...
Thank for the confirmation. Funny, SE stressed that "your points are safe" during the merge, but said nothing of losing ways to use them...or maybe I missed that tidbit as well.
Agreed. I was hoping to use Reward Points to offset the shipping. Will have to think about pulling the trigger...
Speaking of the SE online store, did they phase out redeeming reward points for $ discounts on future purchases? Can't seem to find that option since the Member/Store account merger. (SE's FAQ is of no help)
