Awesome I am totally in for The Witcher. I passed up on previous deals and I *LOVE* that GOG is DRM-free. Totally sold on this.

FWIW, There is a free "remake" of Star Control 2 out there. Google it if you are interested. The remake is just as good if not better than the commercial version.

More DLC is due out Summer-time-ish. GOTY this October is inevitable. Anyone who believes otherwise would be on the losing side of a bet.

IMO ORB alone is worth $10 if you play through it.

If you like space sims and RTS, you might want to check out O.R.B. Along those lines you will also love Homeworld although I did not see that as part of this sale.

+1 This is what I do. The initial "rental" costs basically nothing and you still get to play the game on release day.

Hmmm thanks for this info and the evaluation of its "RPG-ness". If character customization is less than Borderlands (and I barely consider that an RPG), then this doesn't sound like a game for me even at $5 (I have a big backlog right now anyway).

Weird. All the stores I've ever gone to keep stacks of all their manuals, cover art and spare cases. As a result I usually get mint condition looking stuff except for the ones where they keep the game in the actual case on display.
