I'm amazed that a class action lawsuit has not been filed against GameStop for the years of their shady practices.

I try to avoid GameStop, but if I do go there I now specifically ask "do you have game X unopened." If they don't have an unopened copy, then I leave and go elsewhere. I refuse to pay the full new game price for an opened game.

I'm glad that Kmart won the best brick-and-mortar store. A few of my reasons that I think they are the best: 1. They don't harass you with annoying gimmicks and memberships when you buy a game 2. They don't sell opened games as new 3. They don't give you grief about not pre-booking games

Do you guys think that the next generation XBox will use the current achievement system, or will it have a new achievement system which will make everyone start over at zero points?
