It was on the plastic, but still. Who thought it would be a good idea to ship a game without a box/mailer?

Just came from work and found out my copy of the Yakuza Remastered Collection didn't even come in a bubble mailer or box. Amazon literally just slapped the shipping label on the back of the game case/box and sent it out. 

Got to the Gamestop by me like 15 minutes after they opened and was able to get what I wanted. Was able to get Astral Chain, Links Awakening, Ultimate Alliance 3, and Super Mario Odyssey. There were only two employees there and it didn't look like they were packing anything up for online orders...

It says why in the description. Yakuza 5 never got a physical release in the west for the PS3. The case is for collectors to fill that gap in their library.

Well, that didn't take long.

I mean, the pictures that were posted were way worse than a "crease". If Amazon shipped them correctly in a box rather than a flimsy bubble mailer no one would be complaining.

My Amazon copy of Persona Q2 came crushed too, but I chatted with with an amazon rep and they offered to refund the total cost of the game. Told me that since they're sold out of the premium edition, the only thing he could do is refund me and to "dispose" of the box.

Thanks for this, managed to find 2 at my store and they rang up for that price.

Just got a shipping confirmation from Amazon for Persona Q2 premium edition, says it should be here tomorrow. Weird.

Did anyone else who pre-ordered the Persona Q2 premium edition from Amazon get charged for it? I got a pending charge in my account for the same amount as the premium edition. Doesn't even let me edit the order or anything.
