Wow, if that's true, that makes this even better, especially for someone like me who's never played the series... I guess I would start off playing MG 1 and 2, then do the MGS's in order, per others' suggestions.
Thanks for all the input.
So I'm new to the series, but have been waiting on something like this to do it up right... So I guess I'm wondering what is the best way to get the entire experience. I'm thinking:
Download Metal Gear Solid 1 from PSN and play that first.
Play MGS2 Sons of liberty second (sequel to 1st)
Play...
I felt similarly, but i LOVED this game. Very, very fun.
I would definitely recommend looking into the vanilla version when you can get it for like $10... so if you don't like it, no biggie.
I think your points were fair, but he took your words to the extreme... To me, you were just trying to stress the importance of constructive criticism versus normal criticism/complaining I think. We do not want to scare/piss off vendors from coming here and trying to work with us to get better...
4 of my games shipped (Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Dead Space, God of War Collection, Fallout 3)... Dead Space 2 got canceled though... Oh well will just order it on Amazon whenever I am close to beating Dead Space 1.
I've been waiting to get this for a while... Finally got it for $20/like new
Now, what this means for the rest of you is that this will go on sale brand new for $10-$15 shortly. :whee:
For a total of $55 shipped, ordered these for my PS3:
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Dead Space
Dead Space 2
God of War Collection
Fallout 3...
He might have been thinking of someone else... But still, you've bitched about the price of Mortal Kombat 3 times in this thread already.
And last time you said their stock doesn't warrant the price, someone kindly pointed out that MK went out of stock during the first day of the sale. Clearly...
But they will pay for return shipping on anything that goes wrong so there is no harm in ordering. That is, unless you find it a huge inconvenience to print a shipping label and drop it off. If that's not worth the chance to get great deals, then don't order. Problem solved.
