Actually, they should not accept two copies of the same game. The only way they will is if they are in a city/county with lax police control over pawn shops or if your Best Buy is ignoring the police rules (pretty likely, actually).

Pulling off a fatality *is* a skill in MortalKombat. It would be fine to have one or two quick time fatalities... but there should also be traditional skill based fatalities that are worth more points, are more gruesome, etc., etc.
