Go buy the copy for $74.98 and then walk to the service desk and return it with the other receipt. They wont do price adjustments, but you can purchase and return.

Most GS employees wont sell the penny guides, they get disposed (destroyed, taken, given away), so the Stock Locater will show how many they had when they should have stopped selling it. It's a guide to which store(s) might have them.
