Same here. No idea what's going on but if you log out everything seems to load on the website. You can add items to your cart and then log back in when you are ready to check out. That seems to work as a temp solution.

From my experiences with PlaybAsia, never place a preorder in the same order as an in-stock game. They don't hold orders so if that item goes out of stock by the time the pre-order is released they cancel the order.

Usually most are fufiled within a week or two including a recent order of mine. On the other hand a few weeks ago I had a game ship that I ordered last October. If you really want the game, just leave the order open and see what happens. Otherwise you'll probably have to contact customer...
