How long does it take for them to adjust the price of an order for Pre-Order Price Guarantee? My order is still listed as $1000.

When is this placeholder price going to change? It's weird now with the skus changing. Will it recognize the $399 as the Launch Edition price to correct itself with? Is it going to take until two days before launch for the price to correct itself? Any help?

So if the yellow tab saying I purchased this shows up on the Launch Edition, that means that is the one I got. I ordered in February when it came up for 5 minutes for $1000. They still haven't updated the price or the name on it, but it seems to be tied to the PS4. I wish there was more clarity...

So, if we got a preorder in, what are the chances that it will be good? Also, what happens if there are two skus? Do they give you the higher sku?

They ask for a lower price but do nothing to help. Amazon doesn't seem to offer competitive pricing.

Did they add $5 to your card? I called earlier and they said they would forward an email to promotions to probably add $5 to my GC. I haven't received an email and the order has disappeared from my orders list. I'm also unsure of whether they will add my 500 points. The GC 500 points is showing...

I just called Best Buy CS and they said that they would forward my case to the promotions department where they will add $5 to my GC that's already enroute. Has anyone been told this before? They said they will email me.

Is the 500 points supposed to have already showed up on my account if I picked it up on release day after preordering it the day this was posted? They now have a $20 GC listed. How do I go about PMing that?

Why does the email I just received ask to bring the purchasers credit card? I though Family/Friend pickup was available. I called Best Buy and asked about it and they said all you need is an ID and the order number. Is there anyone with experience doing this, know what I'm supposed to do?

How exactly does the In Store Pick-Up system work at Best Buy? What do I really need to bring? It says you can have someone else pick it up for you, but do they need my credit card?
