I myself remember my Sears selling them too... a long time ago. They were overpriced, and they still are in the electronics department, at least at mine.

Usually, I've found .00 means a clearance item, while .88 could mean it's probably a rollback that rollback even more. I'm not sure, I've just noticed a lot of items at .88

Okay, okay. I've made myself look like an idiot. I mostly just meant haggling with trade-in prices. I didn't mean to drone on like that. I'm not planning on haggling my next grocery bill down a couple bucks and scream FREE MARKET ECONOMY. Never mind. Just never mind.

My local Goodwill just flat-out just doesn't deal with electronics of ANY kind. The stuff they do get is sent to other Goodwills or a Goodwill electronics specialty store (if you can believe that!) near Fort Worth.
