Contest (CAGcast #104) Win 1 of 4 copies of Advance Wars: Days of Ruin (DS)

Replying to Smash Bros to include classic Demos: I really think they should have gone with full versions. But then that would hurt their VC sales, so no go there. Posted by Martin on 01/26 at 12:44 PM

Contest (CAGcast #99) Win Super Mario Galaxy and/or Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles

I'd have to go with Mario Galaxy as well. I rented it and played it some, and it is very enjoyable fun like teenagers nostalgia.

Contest (CAGcast #99) Win one of 3 PS2 Console+Buzz bundles from UGO and the CAGcast

More Free Crap from Microsoft Hell, I downloaded all that were available. You never know what theme is going to suit any given mood. And the price is certainly right. Posted by Martin on 12/07 at 11:00 AM Good writing on there Wombat. I had my doubts when you started, but I'm glad to...

Contest - CAG Foreplay #23: Win a Sega Saturn w/ X-Men: Children of the Atom!

Guardian Heroes is by far the best game on the Saturn, and damn near the best beat 'em up ever created. Big ups to the person who donated the system. What a great prize to give away!

Contest Over - Win one of 4 copies of Contra 4 (DS)!

My favorite so far is the "Having My Cake" post about Portal. I agree that in this day and age, it is insanely difficult to avoid spoilers for games. I am on the final stage of Portal, and I am taking my time and enjoying it. Nice work on the blog, Wombat.

Contest Over: CAG Foreplay Contest: Win Halo 3!

The game that you guys got me to try, and I ended up really enjoying, was actually Car Battler Joe for the GBA. Great title, and I'd recommend many people give it a try. Can't beat the price where you can find it!

    White Day info

There should be a handjob day. If Hallmark can make them up, why not the rest of us?

    Reasons to choose PSP?

Hence the reason for custom firmware ... which I also recommend. I've been playing the hell out of FF Tactics lately, and damn if I'm not impressed with it. If you're going to the custom firmware route, be sure to have a firmware version 3.03 or earlier to be able to install it properly. And...

    CAGcast #61: Cheapy's Choice

Phoenix Wright for me. I'll post a more meaningful response later.

    CAGcast #60: All Aboard!

I'll agree with sinewav's comments regarding Wombat. I'll only add that, from what I've heard (since show #54), you come off as embarassed about your life in general. Perhaps that leads to you being "cryptic" about it, perhaps not. I do enjoy the dynamic between you and CheapyD though. A lot...

    Target Clearance Thread VI

Zoo Keeper is basically an improved version of Bejeweled. Very addictive little game, and the puzzle mode gives it quite the replay value. I picked up Battalion Wars @ $7.48 and Donky Conga 2 for $9.98. I am having a blast with Donky Conga 2 ... I had no idea it had so many good songs!

    Target Clearance Thread VI

I'm heading over to grab the last copy of Battalion Wars for $7.48 in downtown Minneapolis. It will also help that I get a 10% team member discount :) (I work at Corporate, Target.com specifically)

what are the slots for on the back of the classic controller?

Haha, that reminds me that I got "The Wizard" on DVD for Christmas. Great flick (no pun intended). On topic, I think it's for a future accessory to allow you to clip the Wiimote to the CC so it doesn't have to dangle between your legs.
