Just got a red ring on my 37 month old console:( Not sure if I should send it in for repairs or buy a new arcade. With a new arcade I spend an extra $100, but get another 3 yr warranty, an extra controller, and a newer system less likely to break down. Also, I wouldn't have to wait 3 weeks...
My 2 year old laptop is dying on me and I'm thinking that if it ends up being too much to repair, I may just buy a new one. I'm considering even just getting a netbook as pretty much all I ever use my comp for is the internet and word processing. I'm considering this...
Has anyone who's preordered NOT had theirs ship? I'm not in any big rush to play it (I have Fallout 3 and Fable 2 in the meantime), but I want to make sure I get my preorder artbook. It said "while supplies last," so I don't think they're guaranteed. But I think it may be like P3's soundtrack...
I've looked at quite a few black Friday ads and haven't seen a single sale on Fable 2. The closest I could find was Fred Meyers having all games 20% off, so it'd be $48, which is nice, but not quite nice enough for me to bite on. I was hoping to find it for $40 or even $45 I might do. Am I...
I heard that there's such thing as an adapter so you could use a PS2 controller for a PS3. I saw a deal on 'em a while back, before I had any multiplayer PS3 games, so I passed on it, but now I'd like one. I can't seem to recall where they're sold or even what they're called. Any suggestions?
I'm thinking of picking up either this or Fable 2. Can anyone who's played both shed any light on the core differences?
I mildly liked Oblivion, but not that much. I found the combat, stealth elements, and NPC conversations horribly clunky and not at all fun. Yet I still enjoyed wandering...
The voice acting is so bad that I wonder if it's intentional. I mean SotN was known for its awful voice-acting, so this wouldn't be too much of a stretch. It does make me laugh though. Especially the dudes you rescue back at the village.
I don't think it's the main theme. I've seen a few LBP trailers and hadn't heard it yet. Here's a link to the level & song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dM_e05ADio
They probably read the track listing somewhere online and knew of the song already.
It's a shame they had to take it out though. I've played the first 6 levels of story mode and it's my favorite song yet in the game.
I'm about 3 hours in and loving it so far. I'm not sure if it's better than Dawn of Sorrow (probably not), but it's still amazing. I was one of the few who really liked Portrait of Ruin. The level design was dissapointing in the second half, but I thought it had probably the best combat the...
One of my only concerns about the story mode is that I've heard there are some items that you can only collect with 2 or more people. I don't like this idea as if you're playing it single-player you could spend a great while trying to deduce how to get an item, only to find out that it's...
