Can you confirm it's not a "tearing" issue? Because I can't seem to totally get rid of that one myself. If it's visible during black loading screens, I got rid of that by getting a better switchbox and keeping the cables somewhat shielded.

The game offers a few options to speed things up: -skip trading during opponents turns -play to 7 instead of 10 points to win. -fast start mode that lays down some houses/roads automatically -something else I don't remember -I like bullett points -I mean bullet points

Woah. I never played the board game, but Catan blew me away with it's goodness. I'd love to see more turn-based strategy on XBL. The genre works well with it. Now if I could just get to that parallel dimension where they release Advance Wars for Live.

yup, bought them all the day they came out. My Lady and I needed more tracks! But the intial GH rush has subsided and I think I'll be holding of on the next releases. and yes, it would seem logical just to release GH1 as a whole. But as we all know, money defeats logic.
