edit: You can redownload the games on your own account as much as you want. Up to 5 other accounts can download them. But game-sharing doesn't work the same as on PS3. If you download a game from someone else's account, you have to be signed in to their account to play it.
So I just wanna double check before I order. As long as I enter the Dell homepage through the Bing cashback link and log-in to cashback, I can then search for PSP Go and I'll get the discount? Just wanna make sure there's no notices that come up through checkout before completing.

Check the 10% off used accessories at Gamestop thread in the Deals forum. Take that to your local Gamestop which is pretty likely to have a used DS3 in stock, stack that with an Edge card for another 10% off and you should end up with a used DS3 for about $35. That's the cheapest I've found it...
