Well for me it was more hope, not so much that he was dead, but that he wasn't just a POS scammer. But it's cool I feel better about being pissed at someone who isn't in the hospital.

F@# This guy I've been calling his number regularly, no answer, no answering service. I've sent emails, to the email addresses I have and I've tried PM's at various site's he's registered at. I just haven't been on CAG as I've been busy. I'm guessing that the legal route is the only one left...

So, I still haven't managed to track him, or anyone that can get ahold of him down. I figure the games are gone, and actually hope he's not in the hospital.

That may be a good idea, but I have called his house line, the number is registerd to a different first name then his, so i assumed that to be his family. And they never answer

If it had been a sale I would have, but it was a trade and he had a higher Itrader rating then me, so I shipped first. Even after this experience I would still ship first if I had the lower trader rating. Sometimes things don't work out. :sigh:
