NEW UPDATE: Well, I contacted B&N about this and they told me because it's GSs item, I have to call them instead. After about 20 mins of holding on the line for the GS customer representative, I'm told the only thing I can do is return the game for a refund. Because the guitar is not sold...

Well who should I complain to, GS or B&N?

UPDATE: I ordered from the B&N and got mine in the mail today. It was shipped via media mail and WITHOUT the guitar. Now I got go through this who rma thing too.

I don't know if this is YMMV or something, but the GC employee at where I went hooked my up with two sheets of coupons with many nice deals like B1G1 and 20% off used games, $5 off memory card, controller, etc and many other deals. I'd post a scan but I already used most of the good ones.
