Apparently there aren't any codes for PS3. In order to get the Fadeshear Sword and Lion of Orlais Shield, just register the game on the BioWare Social Network. This will also unlock the boots of the Frozen Wastes.

Has anyone found any decent games to trade in to BBV from GS yet? Just curious as I only have a few bucks left at BBV but have some GS credit I wouldn't mind using for this.

Quick Question. Where do I imput the Armor/Gun code I got from Gamestop? The guy at the store didn't give it to me when I picked the game up, so I called the store and was lucky enough to have someone give me a code over the phone. So needless to say I don't have the directions on where to DL...

Since it's still under warranty, your best bet is to call MS and print the label to ship it back to them. If you wait until the warranty expires, I think it costs around $120 for them to replace the drive. It most likely won't take 4 weeks for you to get the system back, that's a worse-case...

$25 for the PS3 versions? ^
