It is not free. First you need to ship your headset to them (with your own money) and then they will ship a new one to you.

I want to upgrade from my 22", and was wondering what would be the best deal. I want it to be at least 24", and cost under $280.

For those of you who know what that is, what do you know about it? All I know is that it will deduct $10 off an online payment, but is there a catch?
