FWIW, the BBB site has now removed the ECA's rating and offers the following explanation: "This business is not currently rated. BBB has recently received numerous complaints against this business, and will issue a rating after it has fully evaluated them."

I was a little disappointed in the ACII discount offered but decided to pull the trigger, as I had the $40 GH5 bundle credit from this weekend. I figure the game'll be worth $9.98. It better be. ;)
