Can you use the digital PUR certificates on gamecards? I don't know if they qualify under "Gift Cards" or "Downloadable Content" in the exclusions. I'd like to get the Blizzard Balance credit before Hearthstone drops.

The Gears trade-back promotion says it ends on the twelfth....does that mean end of business day on the twelfth or is it once the day ends on the eleventh it’s over? Apologies if this has been asked before I just don’t want to miss out.

Is there something wrong with the website trade values? How come the "Saved Trades" sections give one value, and then when you click a specific game, the cost is different. Also, the value doesn't match the app.

Got the four Switch games I ordered with TC (Mario Odyssey, Breath of the Wild, Tropical Freeze, and Yoshi) with the plan to trade back and none of them came in original cases. It just further solidifies why I don't bother buying preowned games online.
