I've got a bit of a problem. I have $3 in my actual cashback account from a prior ebay purchase. Since you need at least $5 in it, I can't deposit it to my paypal. Now the problem is that my last 3 or 4 ebay cashbacks have deposited directly into my paypal rather than going into my cashback...

For what it's worth, I got an e-mail from ebay mentioning the cashback promotion and it said "you can get up to 30% off." So I'm guessing its possible to get 30% still but just really hard.
