Is it telling you that you have the 5 free credits in the program? I had to reinstall, and once I did it told me I had the credits and would let me use them. Prior to that, it was making me pay full price.

I thought it was odd the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was still in stock this morning when I ordered...got the cancellation notice less than an hour later. Meh, I'll get it next time.
Watch out for lazy CSRs if you have to re-order. I was assured an adjustment if I re-ordered, all I had to do was send another email to request it, and I was denied with a form response(basically acting as if I ordered something, the price went up, and I asked for a second one at the original...
Mine was sent via DHL, and I just got an email to tell me it was returned as "Undeliverable" back to Amazon. I've had half a dozen items ship from Amazon.co.uk over the last couple of years, and I've never had that problem with items sent via Royal Mail. They're definitely going to hear from me...

I'm going to have to contact them about my copy of Machete. It has both the Blu and the digital copy disc, but does not include the code to redeem the digital copy.
But of the 5 discs I've received so far, this is the only one missing the code. In fact, my copy of Sorcerer's Apprentice was...
I logged in and checked...out of 4 orders totaling 15 blus, no cancellations yet. About 7 of them still reflect "In Progress"...The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Machete, The Town, The Lincoln Lawyer, Monsters Inc, Toy Story 3, and A Nightmare on Elm St.
If it's listed as "Blu-Ray + DVD" in the description when you select it, yes. If it's a set with Digital Copy, you're not necessarily going to get the Digital Copy with it. However, in my experience, you will get the Digital Copy intact at least 80% of the time. Of course, ymmv.
I haven't...
Half Price Books will typically carry them in the same areas as vinyl albums. I've picked up some random ones as gifts for friends....Jingle All The Way...Top Gun...usually reasonably priced between $5-10.

In for 1.
In an unrelated, but just as intriguing note, Generation Kill is down to $31.49...its lowest price ever, and lowest since 12/22/09
