Woah, just checked mine and I got the same thing. 3 coupons in my account with the additional on the receipt. Everything you said applies to me. Paid the renewal in store, and the employee was having trouble doing it until a manager helped out. Did it this past Sunday.

There were 2 people at slickdeals say their store said the PS4 value was 212, while others still have 265. 212 doesn't match up the the website's 265 with 30%. Also pretty much everything on their website is base value under the 30% column. So hopefully it is a typo.

Success at my store. Had a pre-order for store pick up. Went up to to the counter with the dvd and the ad. At first they were going to cancel and reenter my order but I told them I was worried my preorder bonus would go away. So they just zero'd the dvd in a seperate transaction.

Same thing happened with me. My store said they ran out of DLC because they weren't provided many. That was lame, although the main reason I preordered were for the movie tickets, I wanted the costumes too!

I just checked mine. You can use it on multiple purchases. I bought something for $20 and the remaining $5 shows up if I make another purchase.
