Ok, this is extremely YMMV and you have to have access to a military Base Exchange (BX) :cry:, but I was searching around the video game dept at the BX at Dover AFB, DE, and found the old XBOX live starter kits for $4.97!!! These are the ones that came out way back in the day and came packaged...
