Wow, I hope you win. I'm going through a case myself with a seller that sent me a broken copy of Modern Warfare 2(It has a perfect circle scratch) and keeps trying to claim that it 'worked for him until the very day he sent it'. My problem is that he just won't escalate the case and keeps lying...

Yeah, I've seen other copies that came with the code, but I missed them(They ended while I was asleep). I seriously doubt you're gonna get many people from here to bid on your game while acting so rudely.

Why do people keep selling these things without saying whether or not it comes with the code? It's not 'like new' if it doesn't have the code.

I keep getting emails from Amazon about their GPS's, don't know why, really, but Amazon usually sells things pretty cheap. I saw some Lightning and daily deals on them about a week ago.
