Nope, and typically if it happens to one thing it starts happening to all. Can be a game, Netflix, Hulu, even the settings menu... All can do it. If I reset it while it's doing that I typically start having a problem getting my controller and Kinect to connect too.

Try it on hard if you aren't. I think it makes you adapt and use the skills a bit more. I could see normal being pretty easy to follow the same pattern all the time and breeze through it.
