I received a message with the $10 credit weeks ago without owning a Vita at the time. I bought one not too long ago. So I'm guessing the other people who received them also were like me at the time owning just a PS3.

The game does have different difficulties for each song. Easiest to hardest would be Star, Pop, Club mixing which you can play and unlock to use in Free Style at any time. For some reason I love Mega Man X3. I played a lot of Mega Man classic games to the X series as a kid. The opening for me in X3 is pretty awesome even more when you got to play as Zero. I also love the music in X3!
