Had a holiday kinect bundle rejected and they only sent back the console and power brick. Amazon gave me the credit instantly when I complained and I sent the console in again for another $50

This got me twice.

Didn't even need to get mad they took care of me right away. (well i was put on hold a lot) Don't know if this has been a common occurrence lately for them or someone was caught with sticky fingers. Was asked to resend the console and got a full credit.
