i know it's possible to use gift cards to purchase/preorder games and still receive the $10 and $20 promos... However, is it still possible while using Reward Zone certificates?

Just tried this deal again and the $10 GC isn't ringing up as $0 subtotal with ANY two games. Both games in cart must be $19.99 or more now. I think the glitch is dead.
