I booted it up with my wired controller and it worked flawlessly. Button prompts and everything. I highly recommend this game to anyone on the fence about it. You are definitely getting your money's worth out of this one, great atmosphere, story and characters.

This is how I feel 100%. Honestly never throughout the game was I wishing to aim and shoot in the air, I didn't even realize this "problem" until reading this thread. Whoops. If you like platformers give it a shot guys, it's cheap enough, and I really enjoyed it. The presentation is excellent...
