The thingy said I earned 6690 gamerscore this year.  That didn't sound right to me and I was bored enough to add it up, I actually earned 10,055.  Maybe it didn't count 360 achievements and/or secret achievements?  Im sure there must have been a cut off of when it calculated but I doubt I made...

There are so many virtual console games and Nintendo titles I'd buy if they would just put them on sale.  SO MANY.  Cmon Nintendo, I want a reason to play on this thing over my other systems.

The whole point of Bungie leaving Microsoft was so they could be independent again. Bungie's partnership with Activision is just for publishing, marketing and distribution. Activision owns no part of Bungie and really can't make them do anything aside from what their publishing contract...

It's on sale on 360 for 6.59. Just get that. I really don't think a different face on Lara and a higher resolution is worth the extra thirteen dollars.

It's not heavy on them but you can purchase coins in the game which you can use to buy booster packs. Pretty much every EA has some form of microtransactions. Even Dead Space 3 and Mass Effect 3 did

Yeah, from what I remember Bungie has a pretty extraordinary publishing deal with Activision. Bungie retains ip and full control, Acti just publishes and markets. Bungie's their own boss and they'll likely were all for this.

I wouldn't call it greedy. If the game didn't sell then why make a sequel? It's a business, not a charity. It's nothing personal.
