I might look into that one. The arcade one was boring to me. I don't mind trivia and game shows, but the fact that they mimicked the show to the point of the 15 second hesitation before giving you the "yay or nay" just irritated me. Maybe I'm looking too deeply into it, or prefer the quicker YDKJ type game over the slower paced millionaire.

If you like Japanese games personally I feel like it's one of the better ones on xbox 360. Narratively the main character can be a bit frustrating and your choices don't always feel like they line up with the way he acts but it's certainly unique and I thought the gameplay was pretty entertaining.

It's five dollars right? Just buy it, it's totally worth it.

 
Is the Saint's Row IV season pass worth it?  I bought a retail copy of the game several months ago and haven't cracked it but I'm wondering if the DLC is worth the $2.99.

u can scan stuff with your robotic eye in Blands, theres only one major action scene in GoT and mostly talking.

I liked GoT way more than Blands.

If memory serves, there are two DLC 'episodes' and maybe an extra gun - one of the episodes is better than the other one, but neither is amazing or that long. It's been on sale a few times, maybe play the game first, see if you like it, and then get the SP if you want more.

 
It's always good to see crap sales, means I can go another week without worrying about my backlog. 

EDIT: Can anyone talk me into/out of buying the Destiny Season Pass? Due to the lack of content in the game, but the fact that I keep freaking playing it, I kind of want to buy it. On the other hand, their complete lack of respect for the consumer, especially with Xbox users makes me want to not give them another penny.  :wall:

P.S. For anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, please give the link a read.

Maybe we'll get lucky again and they'll have two good weekly sales as part of their holiday countdown this year as well.  I bought a fair amount of good stuff during that sale.

95% of the gameplay is watching cutscenes and then choosing a dialogue response, yep. There are a handful of easy swipe left/swipe right QTE type things.

Voice cast of Borderlands included Troy Baker, Laura Bailey, Nolan North, and Patrick Warburton (!). Embarrassment of riches. I was also surprised to see Chris Hardwick in the credits, didn't know he did voice work.

not a game for anyone who wants a lot of gameplay. If you can entertain a more casual story based game then this is great. If only we could get a collaborative effort with the story by telltale, the graphics by crytek, and the gameplay by bethesda

No. Its bungie too. They saw the potential in making tons of extra cash and took that dark, dark ,on disc content, road.

I decided I won't be playing destiny. The entire debacle left me no desire to shell any money out for Activision and bungie. Plus seeing ign pimp it every day makes it even less desirable

Ign, gamespot, and plenty of other "news sites" pimp out Destiny on a daily basis. Save your money. Maybe thats where the 500 million REALLY went.

Yeah, from what I remember Bungie has a pretty extraordinary publishing deal with Activision. Bungie retains ip and full control, Acti just publishes and markets. Bungie's their own boss and they'll likely were all for this.

Already own the Zuma  games and Bejeweled 3.

not sure about the kinect portion, however I found it to be an enjoyable platformer. granted I rented it from the library so I didnt pay for it and maybe that tempered my expectations

Um, you guys realize next week should be countdown to 2015 daily deals thing, right? Meaning more than any other week, it should be obvious this week was going to be lackluster.

Will buy Blands then once it's on sale. Finished TWD S2 last week, and the first three episodes were great imo, but last two were kind of a disappointment. After that I discovered that they plan to release season 3 next year, dunno if necessary, but well... guess I'll play it eventually.

Just finished up with customer support. Sale should be up by later today or tomorrow. Support had no idea what the game would be.
