Got paid for a couple of my orders as well. Still have one lapsed order that I'm not sure what to expect with. Overall, the turnaround time sucks and their customer service is nonexistent, but they sure do have good values on some games.

Same thing happened to me at my best buy. Figured I'd buy the last Xbox version anyways, and to my surprise the guy at video game counter took off 10% for the ripped box. Just had to call over the manager. Definitely ymmv though

Anyone been having problems generating shipping labels the past few days? Emailed BB and rep stated their system is rejecting any prepaid label that is going to a zip code starting with a "0" and that hopefully it should start working in a few days These guys sure are on the ball :roll:

hmm just decided to check the $60 gift card I got in the mail today and to my surprise there's $166 on it :-k my apologies to the person who got my giftcard instead! ;)

For what it's worth I recently had two copies of Spiderman Dimensions accepted that had completely different barcodes. Might be a YMMV type of thing, I don't know. :-k

Talked to another Amazon rep and was informed my PS2 was rejected because on the controller "both the digital pad & face buttons will not register inputs from user" I guess it's possible the controller wasn't functional but that's the controller I've always used. Oh well, it was worth a shot...

Yeah Amazon customer rep I talked to was nice but just said it was marked as "damaged" and that he didn't have any more information

PS2 was rejected as "damaged" as well :roll: If the system actually comes back noticeably damaged from how I sent it, I'm gonna be pretty dissapointed.

Got credited today for both copies of Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions I sent in despite the different UPCs. No complaints at all with Noram lately :)

Went to best buy only to find out Super Mario Galaxy dropped to $9. Oh well, atleast I had it locked in online for $30

My order was called for "fraudulent" activity because the shipping and billing addresses did not match. Being in college for another month I obviously did not want them mailed home and never had a problem with the different addresses when ordering from hastings. Called hastings help number and...

Never said it was. I just don't understand why it would clear out my cart like that. I had some other games in there as well and everything was gone. It's not a big deal but im just not impressed
