Final Fantasy 8 is at $8 (fitting) and Dead Island Riptide is at $7.50... Should I bite now or is there a chance these will hit Flash sale for cheaper? I'm torn, srsly.

I'd say the best bet is the LE. All the DLC separate is still $22.50 ($2.50 for Hearthfire and $10 each for the other two) so you're spending just about $30 if you get the standalone Skyrim on sale and pick up the DLC later, vs the $21 now for everything. Of course my maths could be totally...

Yeah, last year they implemented that any CE that's either over $69.99 or one that ISN'T a Gamestop exclusive to have a $25 down instead of the normal $10 it used to be. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is if the game will require UPlay since UBI Soft is releasing this. :\

The Prestige Edition of Call of Duty ALWAYS sells out at Gamestop within days of them opening pre-orders. I think maybe when Black Ops 2 came out, the local Gamestop here didn't even have them open for a week before they couldn't take anymore in on the huge $200 CE.

I'm a huge Might and Magic fan, so I went ahead and did that Early Release of Might and Magic X. Supposed to be released in 2014, but the ability to play it as it's being developed interests me.  Also picked up Of Orcs and Men for $7.50. Hopefully we'll get it on PS+ for free one of these days...

It's sort of like Marvel vs Capcom 2's re-release. It's just the box and inside is a code and I think a special pin/badge/trinket for buying the "physical copy". There is no disc from what I understand. Of course I've been wrong plenty of times before. :P

That's really not that uncommon. I believe it was the Last of Us guide that was stuck in Shipping Now for a couple of weeks. I remember cause I beat the game and got the guide in the mail the next day. I totally had a nerd rage moment!

If I were going to do that, I might as well just sell them on Ebay and get more than like $4. :P
