Mine is 10.50 lbs and shipped by itself.

I already changed mine to be held for pickup so I can grab it at 9:00 Friday morning.

I got mine about 3 hours after my games shipped.

They started shipping them out last night. My order status is currently "shipping now". The bundles seemed to be taking priority at first, but individual launch editions are also shipping.
