Any thoughts on the Ni No Kuni 2 season pass?  The game's in my backlog, but I'm tempted to pick it up since it's the first time it's on sale.

Wouldn’t go as far as saying an Apple TV 4K is a poor gaming experience. When you pair it with a gaming controller it can be very adequate. The selection of quality games with controller support is definitely limited... though there are a bunch of great library of indie games available...

Not sure if the Apple TV 4K is a fair comparison. It's actually deceptively powerful for a streaming device. But I could definitely imagine a disc-less version of the S for around $200 or an X version around $350-400

Wouldn't be surprised if all Xbox One games run natively on the next Xbox system out of the box. Additionally if there are upgraded versions of games for the next Xbox system I'm expecting to immediately have access to the next-gen version if I own the Xbox One version. Basically Xbox Play...

Lol another week with the AC Odyssey season pass on sale on PSN, but not on Xbox. Guess I'm going to have to continue holding out.  I would feel silly to pay MSRP for the season pass at this point.

Hoping for a AC Odyssey Season Pass discount. PSN had it on sale a few weeks ago, so I’d imagine it won’t be long before the same happens on Xbox

X enhanced version of the remaster has 4K assets on par with original PC release, and higher quality shadows. It’s also locked at 30 frames per second. The original 360 version is 720p with an unlocked frame rate. On the 360 it usually ran between 20-40 fps. Not sure how it runs thought back...

Of course there's an Assassin Creed sale where the one thing I'm interested in (Odyssey's season pass) isn't on sale.  I remember Origins' season pass started having discounts pretty shortly after release, so it shouldn't be that much longer...

Season pass code lists an expiration date of 12/31/2099 (or something like that), so there are no worries about that code being expired if it hasn't been used.

Tempted to pick up the Darksiders 1+2 bundle now that the games are getting Xbox One X enhancements. Already got them through a Playstation Humble Bundle a few years ago, but the allure of true 4K peaks my interest.
