Nevermind. I am in the same boat as you guys. It showed 1% so I assumed it started to download and I backed out of it. I guess it popped up that it couldn't download it and I never noticed it because I don't have the songs either. It's definitely an issue on their end.

I bought the Slipknot pack a few hours ago and had no trouble downloading it. I bought it through the RB2 Music Store if that makes any difference or not. I also picked up the Nirvana and Tom Petty packs with no issue.
